Mid-Carolina is partnering with USAging to provide the Aging & Disability Vaccination Collaborative to aid in securing COVID-19 and/or influenza vaccinations for older adults and people with disabilities.

Our focus:

  • Supportive services such as scheduling, transportation, companion-assisted to and from vaccincation sites and in-home vaccinations for individuals in need
  • Specific focus on diverse & under-served populations
