The Mid-Carolina Business Services team focuses on the following
- Developing and expanding the JobLink Career Centers’ work with business customers
- Determining how best to market JobLink Career Center Services to business customers.
- Establishing methods for building long-term relationships with business customers.
This team assists the Mid-Carolina JobLink Career Centers to achieve The Workforce Development Board’s vision of a demand-driven workforce system. A demand-driven system is one that responds directly to business needs and prepares workers for employment in the fastest growing careers.
